It’s not even a question if countries try to influence outside elections online, in social media, and now with AI tools. Nobody can be honest while denying it.
The headline is just stupid trying to paint it as one directional.
The potential of an unlimited spam generator hasn’t yet been fully realized but I think we’ll get a great taste in the next year.

All the articles about foreign meddling coming out of the big tech giants are written by “independent think tanks” that are conspicuously made up mostly of ex-US intelligence. That should tell you enough.
