1.5 cups whole wheat flour, 1.5 tsp baking powder, .5 tsp baking soda 1.5 cups soy milk, 2 tbsp vinegar, 2 tbsp molasses (or syrup), Flax Egg (2 tbsp flax meal and 6 tbsp water), mashed banana mix wet and dry and griddle them up.
served with chocolate bean hummus with white beans, cocoa powder, soy milk and dates
