This urge to get the new hotness right away just plays into the hands of these scumbag corporations that want to milk us. The game will be just as good if not better a year from now (or if it winds up sucking you can save your money). There’s plenty else to play already, don’t let yourself be manipulated.

I have one like this, but it takes an annoying amount of force to use, so I rarely use it. Maybe it’s just not the best of its kind? I much prefer one of the lever-based ones. To be fair, I had some shit versions of those too before I found a good one.
The best one I’ve used is this one which holds a little more garlic than most and has a swing out grate so it’s easy to clean.

Can it be a coincidence that the canals on Mars were covered up?

Drs can be callous asses.
But also a Dr could be a pedo and doing what was technically valid, but inappropriately enjoying it. OP could have been intuitively picking up on that.

Yes, and in particular because of the patronising thing you mention. Just like lots of the other things they do on the veritasium channel you gave as an example. Because they are things no one does because they think it makes their video better, but because it is known to drive engagement.

My dad was in an independent living facility. They provided all 3 meals, would take care of laundry (I think for an extra fee), and they did some basic cleaning. Memory care, and assisted living definitely provide that also.
I think some are time-of-day based also, running automatically at busy times and switching to manual at off hours.

Ok, but don’t doesn’t context matter? Not only is valuable meaningless without a “to whom”, it is meaningless without a “for what”? A doctor I might love being around might not be my choice for who is going to operate on me. The Dr I want operating on me, I might find unbearable to be around. As far as who deserves to be in a slum or to live in as palace, “deserve’s got nothing to do with it.”
Well, the food itself you add all these spices to itself has a flavor. If you make everything taste like a mix of all the different spices that becomes a another kind of samey and boring even if you wouldn’t use the word “bland” any more. Of course no cuisine does exactly that, but to me, some tend more to one side of that spectrum or the other. There are different ways of striking a balance. Italian is an example of a great cuisine that no one would accuse of being boring which tends toward using a light hand and fewer ingredients at time.

What to you think “valuable” means?

A studio on the moon.

A thing that should be emphasized, is that humans learn how to behave in different situations by practice. If a given passing-a-woman instance suggests that you made her nervous, while regrettable, isn’t the end of the world. Try different things. With practice, you can find what works for you, and will gradually get better at “acting normal” or presenting in the manner that seems to produce the desired result.

I’m sorry but that is not, not making it weird.

I don’t think “approach” in that context means "happen to get closer to because you are walking on the same sidewalk in opposite directions. "

I think there is a cultural thing around nods. I would definitely not recommend, in this situation, doing a nod that does not feel natural to you, so either do whatever nod you can actually pull off casually, or skip the nod.
There is also a locale specificity… Where I live, people don’t usually nod or otherwise acknowledge strangers on the street. Some places you might be expected to smile and nod or even say hi.

Here’s a demonstration of what in taking about: https://youtu.be/o8WeXem5YMQ?t=551
He does say this is in American English specifically tho.
People walking by in backless shoes that slap against their feet with every step.
