Sorry, the full context is actually even worse:

The former soldier has spoken publicly about the psychological trauma endured by Israeli troops in Gaza. In a testimony to the Knesset, Israel’s parliament, in June, Zaken said that on many occasions, soldiers had to “run over terrorists, dead and alive, in the hundreds.”

    “Everything squirts out,” he added.

Zaken says he can no longer eat meat, as it reminds him of the gruesome scenes he witnessed from his bulldozer in Gaza, and struggles to sleep at night, the sound of explosions ringing in his head.

“When you see a lot of meat outside, and blood… both ours and theirs (Hamas), then it really affects you when you eat,” he told CNN, referring to bodies as “meat.”

Oh, really? All the people you ran over were (hamas) and “terrorists”? You’re running over hundreds of bodies, some dead, some alive, watching “everything squirt out” and at no point, did you think to yourself “Maybe I should abandon my post.”?

Like, (hamas) was added BY CNN! They added that bit of context to this fucker’s account.

So, the soldier decided he can’t eat meat due to PTSD that he got from being a genocidal maniac, but at no point did he stop and think “are we the baddies?”

Of course just a refresher (though i doubt most have forgotten), but zionists have repeatedly said there are no civilians in Gaza and if there are, they’re not innocent. What accounts for a terrorist in Israel is wildly different than for the non-Israeli readers of these articles.
