Her individual careerism and cynical exploitation of being a woman does not help the average woman, it just helps her. Obama was happy to oversee a brutal financial abuse of black homeowners circa 2008 while bailing out banks. Harris, well, you can look at her own record with families in her handling of truancy and with people of color as “California’s Top Cop”. “But she was just doing her job” is the Nuremberg defense; She could have been doing a lot of other things, but I guess she decided this was the best course of action for her career (and she was apparently right).
