It’s so sad that they limit the kids to the same shitty two party system

Can’t even have president Taylor Swift in the imaginary realm, capitalist realism is a motherfucker

The virgin Nickelodeon Kids-Pick-The-President vs the CHAD Cartoon Network “just have the characters run for an imaginary office LMAO”, could at least be a good way to teach kids basic Civics.

(BTW. I’m voting for Goku under the Toonami party)

The thing you Toonamis will never get is how Goku is KakaROTTING our planet with his stupid wishes. We need a strong leader who will grab the dragon BY the BALLS! ALL OF THE BALLS! Vegeta Will Make Saiyans Great Again

You’re just going to trust stewardship of the planet to the nepobaby failson of King Vegeta the First, the only Saiyan ruler so hilariously incompetent as to think he could pull a fast one on the God of Destruction and nearly sentenced this whole galaxy to summary erasure as a result? Not my planetary leader.

We’re seriously talking about a man who intruded upon the realm of the Gods and still couldn’t secure the W against the genocider of his people!!

My vote goes to Broly, if it has to be a Saiyan.

The other 48% may be the kind that are doing the “totally not racist” bullying evasion thing of chanting “TRUMP! TRUMP! TRUMP!” at visiting teams with certain… attributes. us-foreign-policy

Millennial kids demographically weren’t great when they were the same age; a whole lot of them used gayness as a universal insult, for example.

Yeah, and they still get extremely mad when you remind them of their behavior. Already had the “presentism” card pulled on me a couple times. Like holy shit, 1994 isn’t prehistory.

But about the Gen Z kids… when my niece told me a kid at her school (apparently known as a Rogan fan) started an NFT club, I just sat there and stared at the wall for a minute or two. I guess we are reaping what youtube fascists had sown circa 2016 with the UPPITY SJW DESTROYED COMPILATION #243, which a teacher friend of mine (now retired) said was spreading through teenage boys like a mind virus. They spent weeks playing a game of cat and mouse with the “subscribe to pewdiepie” bullshit, amplified by the then-nascent wannabe slaver MrBeast.

I’m reminded of that poll from a few years ago where the #1 most desired career for Chinese kids was “astronaut”, while the same for American kids was “youtuber”.

          Ugh, shit sucks.

While I know next to nothing about how Gen alpha will shape up politically, when I started out substitute teaching one of my first students was this kid, let’s call him Henry.

Henry was a pretty well-intended kid, he really liked the UK and Japan in particular (I didn’t have the heart to tell him) and he mentioned that NATO stands for the free world….and mentioned that the Middle East and Russia are just absolutely unsalvageable (but FWIW. He did express sympathy for Malala and he think she’s cool.)

This trend tends to be consistent with Gen alpha people who have given politics any serious thought, and tend to be…NAFOy. “liberal democracy good and the US is the liberal democracy factory!”

I don’t really see any serious trends, tbh. I have more than a few that are out-and-out communists, but lots of them are just libs. I’ve definitely had some NAFO fans, but it mostly just looks like the general population, with maybe slightly larger numbers of radicals (which you’d expect from young people).

generic centrist vibes-based hawkism is like the stem cell of what ideology an american develops into as far as ive seen (I was there up until i was abt 10yo, and that was even while i started becoming a politics nerd)
