Anyway, I assume that $0.50 per person is equivalent to 125 billion VND per whole Cuban population, right? That was an outdated number 2 days ago. The latest figures is about 310.9 billion VND, which should be equivalent to $0.50 * 310.9/125.3 = $1.24 per person. I don’t have an idea of how significant that is for the average Cuban though. But I don’t think the Cuban government is going to just distribute it for everyone as cash, I expect them to add it to infrastructure development or maybe disaster reliefs.
