I had a nice call with a recruiter, she looked cool, i was hyped up working for somebody humane for once. Then they sent me a fkn takehome test, I do the test twice as better as was asked. But apparently it wasn’t good enough. Dunno why they keep making up criterias that they can’t be assed to give you before the fucking test.

I swear to god i hate this country i tried to tell wifu and dad that this country never threated me good, that there was no job, that everything was expensive and bureaucratic, and that the only good thing was hospital, but even that is going to shit.

And now the yanks are crashing the world economy ONCE AGAIN

    Counter-economics is my middle name.

    Land is reasonably affordable where I am, especially in terrain that’s not perfectly suited for cornfields.

    And weed isn’t the only option. Herbs, veggies, mushrooms, coppiced timber, even secondary industries.

        300 € for a 2500 m² plot (0.25 ha or 0.625 acres)? That’s unbelievably cheap, less than the plane ticket there.

        Also my networks already have land, plus more that they’re accumulating.

            Peeked around there and the first thing I found that didn’t have shape or accessibility issues was about 20k € per hectare, a couple more were 30k/ha.

            I’ve seen lots of rural land in the Midwest selling for about $10k/acre ($25k/ha).
