A simple mixture of 50% antacid + 50% water relieves the effect of those chemicals in your eyes. From this summer’s Action Skill Share event.

I was always told water and time were the best cure but hey if this works that’s cool. I’ll probably let someone else test it though
What I always heard was: Look up, pour water from a bottle into your eyes while you’re looking up, blink real fast. It makes things hurt even worse for a short time, so it’s hard to do (and you have to keep doing it), but it actually does wash it out pretty effectively.
Its probably better than nothing if water is all you have. Although with pepper spray, water will spread the capsaicin more.
Yeah. If you just kind of put water on it once, then all it does is smear it around a little. You have flush it like an eye-wash station, tons of water, and keep doing it for a little while. If you can poke some holes in the plastic lid, or unscrew it just slightly so there’s a dribble of water into your eyes for a while, that’s even better because it’ll last long enough without running out.
