I’ve met/interacted with a lot of Germans and I feel comfortable generalizing an entire group of people without exceptions: they’re pretty fucking weird and ideologically a mess.

Like don’t get me wrong but I don’t understand your point. Is Germany not a base for American imperialism? Did the BRD not receive large funds to rebuild right after the war?
