Having a look at the list of Oerlikon GDF Operators I wonder: why didn’t more enter the theater in Ukraine?

UK holds 15 somewhat captured, some even in museums… I get that the munition is scarce, but Rheinmetall is working that problem and even if they are rather stationary, they would hold some drone ripping value, or am I mistaken?

Same goes for endless list of other SHORADS (e.g. the polish 50cal System zwalczania dronów (BSL) and ZU-23 renewals).

I feel like I’m missing the obvious point, why they were not deployed on mass. Can someone help out?
