Personally, I think 00 and 000 buckshot would do fine. The spread may allow even an barely trained shooter to wing a limb or neck, which tend to be unarmored. You don’t need a instantly fatal wound, just one that incapacitates.
The important thing is to have a shotgun that affords you the ability to fire two or three times on demand, just in case the other ICE decide to fight rather than fly.
True but I think that ICE will stop going into houses very quickly if a few point guys get smoked. They’re willing to kill but are they willing to die? I don’t think they are.
Perhaps, perhaps they will fucking bomb them instead, or simply find more meatheads, some arrogant enough to attack anyways.
An organized effort by the state will not be stopped by random acts of heroism. There must some kind of organized resistance. Perhaps actions that would be classified as terrorism and I 'd rather not get more into it or I 'll probably get banned from .world.

Heads are small targets and hard to hit if they’re moving, and they move a lot even when the body they’re attached to is not actively trying to dodge gunfire. If you want to take out more than just the one you surprise, I would strongly recommend something that can punch holes in body armor – if you’re gonna go down this route, go down with >1 KDR.
