Hi!

I bought some Mezcal on a whim (Del Maguey Mezcal Vida), and I’m wondering if you have any good recommendations for what to do with it?

I have tried a margarita with Mezcal instead of tequila, and I thought it was nice.

    Mezcal & Cynar are really good together.

    Pas de Loup

    1 oz Mezcal

    1/2 oz Ancho Reyes

    1/2 oz Honey Syrup

    3/4 oz Cynar

    3/4 oz Lemon Juice
