This guy is awkward but has all these friends, they laugh and sometimes don’t understand him but they’re still friends. If the show could be that progressive about neurodivergence then it might actually be good.
Because if you acknowledge that he’s autistic, then a LOT of the series becomes “laugh at a nasty charicature of a disabled person.”
