This site will also serve as a rough roadmap as well as a way to share the links to download Blorp. If you wouldn’t mine looking at the “Feature Matrix” section and let me know:
- What is missing
- What needs to be corrected
- How it could be better organized
Whatever you ask to be added to the feature matrix is more likely to be added to Blorp.
My goal is to make the feature matrix all green checkmarks. Thanks!
Looks very slick! The only thing that jumps out at me is the orange dash as opposed to the green checks, I am assuming that means partial support? Orange to me is a warning, so I might change that, but otherwise quite nice.
Yeah, it’s partial support. I think you’re right, I’ll see if I can find a better icon. I’m working on full support for PieFed polls, so that will be a green check very soon.
👋 No real feature feedback other than to say keep up the great work!
Blorp has the worst-marketability name I’ve encountered in years.
Looks like a good app, but … geez, people, that own-goal against marketshare isn’t genius.
Please read the book by Dib “The 1-Page Marketing Plan”, & make your project’s name not hinder your uptake, OK?

PS: I just failed to find it on F-Droid.
then finally figured-out how to disable ALL anti-feature filters…
it depends directly on lemmyverse.net & lemmy.zip
which is why it wasn’t findable in F-Droid, given my anti-feature filter-settings.
You might want to think about those dependencies, given the non-visibility they produce on F-Droid…

Thanks for your feedback. The name isn’t changing. Even if I could change the name, I really like that when I search “blorp” on Lemmy/PieFed, I get right to the comments about my app since nobody else is really using the word “blorp”.
Thank you for your feedback regarding F-Droid. I think the F-Droid maintainers incorrectly applied that filter when my app was added. I’ll ask them to remove it, since it does not depend on lemmyverse.net or lemmy.zip.
Love the name!
