Reminder that Portland Solutions, the umbrella organization that Ted Wheeler rolled a bunch of city homeless services under before he left office, is still directed by Wheeler’s senior policy advisor Skyler Brocker-Knapp. Wilson’s administration is pretty much literally the same as Wheeler’s when it comes to homeless policy, Wilson was just a year or two reset on public approval of it’s continuing failures.
