        They’re nuts, but also they pick any piece of paper from the last 350 or so years, and decide what rules apply to them.

        If back when we all had horse carriages there was a law that said roads belonged to nobody and people can travel freely to avoid extortion, they now state that a US code gives them the right to travel by car modern roads “freely and without hindrance”. The “red sharpy, double copy” procedures are the same, some equivalent of an old way to record stuff.

        Like with flat earth and “income online” scams the people driving these “discoveries” are in it for the views, targeting the dumbest people they can find.

      I love how they start arguing with each other. Reminds me of my kids arguing about the made up rules of their made up game. “you CANNOT fight the t-rex with the car, you have to use the FLYING car!”

      I love that rather than just come out and say what the outcome of the case was that sovcit instead pushes their most likely paywalled bullshit site 😆

      Next time I’m driving multiple kilos of heroin across state lines with my human trafficking side gig I’ll just make sure I set myself to “Incognito Mode” so I can be traveling in private
