The cargo is the world’s largest single batch international export of green ammonia to date. The shipment came from SPIC’s Da’an wind solar green hydrogen and ammonia project in Jilin province. SPIC said the delivery could cut more than 10,000 metric tons of CO2 across the full life cycle versus coal-based production.
