• 20 ml Passion fruit syrup
  • 30 ml Mezcal
  • 15 ml Aperol
  • 20 ml Lime juice
  • Sparkling water to top

Shake everything with ice, dump directly in a glass with some extra ice, and top with the sparkling water.

Nice and refreshing, the smokiness from the mezcal hits first, but the sweetness of the other ingredients make it easy to drink. It’s low abv too!
