Probably currently still depends on where your exit node is located (which e.g. with a very high probability is not Germany due to legal reasons, which seems to be one of the first places to be affected).

But maybe it is just a thing to meet local regulations and won’t be deployed worldwide (but honestly I don’t believe that…).
It still works using Tor Browser with Javascript disabled, which is the most private way to browse it anyways.

True, though I can’t remember the last time I ran into an issue. It’s just one click to change your exit anyhow.
