I’d say make the prison responsible for rehabilitation and job training.
Yeah make it a form of cheap housing you can leave any time you want rather a punishment nexus. Sack the sadists and hire social and support workers.
Yeah that could be good. A prison’s success rate is determined by how few reoffenders it has.
Just confiscate their fucking property.
If they protest, arrest them and throw them in their own goddamn prisons.
In other words: use their own shitty laws against them. Only way to get those laws to change.
