Stores that close at 9 pm tonight would close at 8 pm when we go back to “standard” time. Someone working 1 to 9 tonight would work 12 to 8. So instead of changing the clock, you’re going to change everyone’s schedule If I ate lunch at 12 to get to work at 1, now I have to eat at 11 to get to work at 12 And the purpose is so the store closes closely to the same daylight level throughout the year?
