I’m all for peeps in France and Spain to fight for their rights but I can’t help but feel It will either fizzle out or turn into parliamentarianism like the mass protests here at my place in Serbia did. Thankfully the org’s there are doing a better job than here where they either just tailed or condemned them. And mass protests that did succeed were all western backed.
I do know that I should organize locally and stuff but when you live in a small ass conservative village and the main money makers are small farmers I’m not really that keen on It.
Mass protests are an opportunity for socialist consciousness to be instilled into the masses by a communist party. This is a necessary condition for a successful revolution according to Lenin. It can be frustrating that this is probably not the revolutionary moment, but it is an exciting time to be a communist and there is work to be done!
Well these supposed communist parties could do a better job and win for once and not let these protests get taken over by lib NGO’s who then funnel shit into parliamentarianism. Which seems to have happened here where I’m at. Excuse me If I sound like a dick but honestly I’m kind of disillusioned by these supposed vanguards shooting themselves in the foot constantly.
At least when it comes to France, the PCF was pretty dominant there after WW2 but they didn’t want to give up Algeria or Vietnam IIRC because they were actually just libs and eventually they lost to the Gaulists or something.
And Serbia uh used to be part of Yugoslavia whose existence was only tolerated by the imperialists so long as they could use it to undermine the USSR.
It might be partly because there is no soviet union to give these people guns. So our protest movements keep going nowhere. We have no logistics or supplies. Protestors eventually get tired even as they tire out the police and military.

Pretty much.
