There are sadly quite a lot of Russian Zionists.

There are also some right wing groups outside of Russia that fall into this rather odd quadrant. Typically those who like Russia for its “Christian values” and don’t like what they see as the “globalist” support for Ukraine, but at the same time are rabidly islamophobic and therefore also have to support Israel (though they do not necessarily like it). Some parts of the AfD in Germany, for example, fall into this category.

It’s a very contradictory position of course, just as the liberal “pro-Palestine but anti-Russia” position is nonsensical, because Russia and Iran at this point are clearly allies and are essentially fighting different faces of the same common enemy.
