what’s baffling is that unlike many other third person camera mods for fixed camera games - it doesn’t really break the game
The third person camera view on the catwalks between platforms on the PS2 variant were a crazy perspective change for that era. Having it for the whole game would be fucking dope.
i only played the tanker chapter and it was pretty hard due to limited visibility. can’t imagine doing european extreme like that to be honest.
You gotta send it, take a step back and slow it down. The entire game is about observing when enemies aren’t observing you. The minimap is king.
for sure, but it is not MGS3 that seamlessly transitions into 3rd person. the main challenge is to handle all the cramped rooms with camera either defaulting to fixed angle or bumbling around. i guess in a year or so that will be smoothed out though.
