The Ontario government is considering new laws that would give police greater powers to break up protests, issue fines, demand identification, and potentially arrest people who refuse to identify themselves.

If protesting is illegal then there’s really no reason for protesting to be peaceful, or follow any other convention to be honest. You know, just saying.
WTF is going on in Ontario, each day I honestly loose hope just a little bit more with the direction the world is heading.
As someone coming in from the outside, this just seems like “Progressive” Conservatives do “Progressive” Conservative things.

They’ll cry about trucker convoy not being allowed to “protest” and demand a ban on peaceful anti-genocide protests in the same breath.
Mosy Conservatives in Canada are far from being intelligent. They’re as angry about “sharia law and bike lanes” in Toronto and the muslim mayor of London, UK as MAGA die-hards.
