Have you considered that under Nazi Germany they had a name for the boss, and in soviet Russia they had a name for the boss? I am very smart

“gleichstaltung” is just another word for “party-state”

I think this person needs to get a different dictionary. I don’t expect everyone to speak German but if you want to comment on history and use German words to do so, at least learn to spell them: it’s “Gleichschaltung” not “gleichstaltung”, and no it does not mean “party-state”. Anyway, congrats to them for discovering the concept of a state and the fact that states have people running them with various titles.

Indeed. It’s all projection. If what is currently going on in the EU with our political, media and academic environment is not a textbook example of Gleichschaltung, i don’t know what is.

Anyone who even dares try to advocate for peace with Russia or offer historical context to the Ukraine conflict is immediately ganged up on by the media and by all the various institutions of Europe, branded a heretic to the cult of “liberal democracy”, excommunicated from “polite society”, and has their livelihood destroyed, or worse.

Just look what happened to Jacques Baud, Hüseyin Dogru, and now Glenn Diesen… “Totalitarianism” is not a thing, but if it was it would perfectly describe the present day EU.
