idk if it’s the best, though, it’s mainly what i use to watch anime (+ allanime.to)That’s just how anime was back when one piece started. The wooly mammoth hairs the animators used for drawing were very thick and incapable of the fine details of today’s higher resolution.
AniWave has it with subs and dubs, checked first episode for 30 seconds and looks ok, also supports watching with people synced

Also early eps are very old so that’s probably why they look that way but I dunno. Check bunch of sites and see what suits you.

you should watch one pace. the filler itself isn’t the worst, but the show stops doing actual filler at a certain point and just pads out the episodes until they’re unwatchable because one weekly chapter of manga to one episode of television is unsustainable

One pace is a fan project which is an edited down version to cut filler. I personally don’t recommend it for watching one piece first time. Just watch the show how it is. Also one piece filler isn’t even bad.
