A political consultant who sent artificial intelligence-generated robocalls mimicking President Joe Biden’s voice to voters ahead of New Hampshire’s presidential primary and now faces a $6 million fine says he's ready for the fight.

    Appealing an FCC fine is a lot like appealing an IRS fine. Sure, sometimes you win but most of the time you lose.
