My first satisfactory try at isometric.
Had to draw guides with a pencil first, and erase them when I was done.

Awful throne room though. What, is that a throne for a nasty little skulking goblin king?!
Lol. Maybe? Or perhaps it’s an abandoned throne room?
Seriously though, micro-maps can be very forgiving but I still didn’t want to risk ruining it by adding more decorations. Even if it is quite empty as it stands.
All I hear is the theme song to the NES game Solstice.
I’m hearing the royal music from Dragon Warrior 3… whatever the song is that plays when you are in either the capital city or maybe just its castle?
