The one good thing I can see coming from this is that people stop referring to the genre of ttrpg as D&D.

___Am already planning on adding some things from AV extended, at least a trip to Absalom, as its right there and what’s at stake after Otari. Still undecided on how to portrait Rajani, but the question will the party sacrifice an asshole to safe the day(themselves some trouble). Not sure if I want to go the add child to make sympathetic route from the extended version

4·10 months agoWhile I probably wasn’t the target audience with only a casual Gundam familiarity, I did enjoy it. Wish it had done more episodes to develope the characters. While a lot of references went over my head context etc made it clear when it was a big deal and could vibe with it. Final rating: might show the first ep to a friend
Some of my random thoughts: I chuckled when I first learned about it and how unsupple it is. But I wouldn’t want to play a published module focused on it, expecting too many Murica fuck yeah brain worms.
The contrast with the french revolution coded Galt is boring. Our good revolution vs their bad revolution.
I’m not from the US but having Andoran on Golarion does lend itself for some American parody characters. Going at it from a wait a minute Andoran is just Cheliax in new clothing angle could be amusing.
Alkenstar already covers the fantasy wild west, leaving Andoran more bland.
I don’t expect a history simulator, but US revolution with an halo feels lackluster. The target audience for it might get some enjoyment out of it.
tldr; Andoran’s worst crime is being boring lol
