I have only ever seen Cyberpunk in 2k res, ultra graphics, ultra widescreen, ray-tracing and good fps at a friend’s house and it does indeed look nice. But in my opinion there are too many reflective surfaces. It’s like they are overdoing the reflectiveness on every object just because they can. They could have done a better job at making it look realistic.

Also, fuck GNOME. When I tried Ubuntu in 2009 it was GNOME that made me hate Linux until I learned that KDE Plasma was a thing.
SteamOS was my tutorial and today I run Arch on my main system. But I like learning and I like the fact that I can build my own system and choose my own components. I understand that Arch is not for everyone but for me it’s perfect.

411·8 months agoI have been waiting so many years now for Skyblivion that I am not going to bother with the Remaster. And to be honest, something with the Remaster and UE5 feels off visually.
The Skyblivion Teams attention to detail and love for the project makes me believe that it will also be the superior version of Oblivion.

2·8 months agoThank you so much for this! I will check it out as soon as I have more time. Up until now I have relied on ChatGPT for my sed needs but I would prefer to learn it myself. Sed always felt pretty complicated to me.
This is so cool! Great work. It kinda reminds me of the Inscryption game. It’s gives me the same uneasy feeling

My problem is more with wet surfaces and the likes. Walking around the city it feels like every little water puddle is mirror and a spoon can also reflect way too much. I don’t mind shining chrome body parts.
