I don’t think there is. People can see if you post there though.
Maybe this?
If you aren’t satisfied with the content available, why not create some?
I don’t know what he was thinking with that. Probably wasn’t.
can Reddit edit them back to what they originally were?
Yes.
Should I just delete them?
They can restore deleted comments too.
It probably exists in some obscure instance somewhere. I don’t like that kind of content though, so I won’t be looking for it and will be blocking it if it ever shows up in my feed.
Yeah, I joined VLemmy.net because they do not defederate with anyone and the admin made this post. Specifically the part where they said:
I feel it is important as many people have mentioned to “leave the power to the users” and let them decide the content they wish to see.
The great thing about the fediverse is that you can join a site that caters to what you want, or if it doesn’t exist you can make it yourself.
You attempted to manipulate anyone that reads your comments into agreeing with your opinion.
No, I don’t expect people to agree with me. I know my opinion is very unpopular. I don’t care.
I explained why your explanation was wrong. Do you really need me to link to a comment further up this chain?
My opinion is that they are drug addicts. My opinion is also that being a drug addict is not something that should grant someone special privileges. How is that “emotionally manipulative”? I am not manipulating anyone.

Who am I manipulating? It’s just my opinion.
It depends on how often they use their drug and how they act about it. If you can’t function and treat people like shit because you haven’t had your coffee/tea yet, you’re a drug addict.
I do agree with OP on the thing about smokers though. You shouldn’t get special privileges just because you’re a drug addict.
It’s easy to just block the things you don’t want to see. As long as the communities you use don’t allow that stuff, they will be banned if they bring it there. The same thing would have happened if more people joined those other reddit alternatives, but no one was willing to do it.
They didn’t put the paper towels in the center of the table.
It’s not just ads. They used to hide posts made by blocked users but they stopped doing that a while ago. Blocking doesn’t do anything anymore. There is also a limit to how many accounts you can block, which is easy to reach just by blocking bots.
This site makes it easy to find communities.
