Could take longer I guess. It narrows possibilities down quickly.

This is definitely not the least effort. They could’ve not done the shading between the folds of the clothes, skipped the whorls and swirls on the shovel handle, all sorts of things.
This just seems low-effort now because AI really did prefer this style, and stole it, but this took so much more effort than you’re giving them credit for.
This is exactly why artists hate AI, it doesn’t undervalue their work directly, it gets real people like you to undervalue it. Don’t let AI determine your opinions so easily.

After some time it’s the exact same benefit and problem.

No Stupid Questions@lemmy.world•I'd like to change my last name and want suggestions
2·10 days agoOoh it does. So yeah, options. Hiver would also be more subtle than Hoarfrost, less “Zephyr”

2·10 days agoAlliteration sounds great, mostly. Hanna Frost wouldn’t sound as good as Hanna Hoarfrost, at least in my opinion.
And there aren’t that many H cold words.
Plus, hoarfrost looks awesome, too.

1·10 days agoHoarfrost is cold-themed. I think its unique but shouldn’t raise too many eyebrows, and you get alliteration.
Hannah Hoarfrost, or Heather Hoarfrost, both sound neat. Does it sound good with your particular H name?

Not The Onion@lemmy.world•After Traffic Stop for Phone in Right Hand, She Called Out the ProblemEnglish
16·10 days agoHe switched to claiming it was her left hand, but she didn’t let him get away with that, since he was 100% confident before, and just kept checking as if he didn’t switch.
Of course, right and left hands are in different places, so the thought of her using her left hand to be on her phone on her right side while simultaneously driving with no hands at all is ridiculous.

5·10 days agoWhat’s the first letter of your first name? Perfect chance for some alliteration. Esther Essington, Gretchen Gesundheit, etc.
Yes. Don’t put people in uncomfortable situations.
But also, if they don’t know about the real cause, you may still hurt their feelings. If you can find another reason to decline it may go better.

Antique Memes Roadshow@lemmy.world•I think the same, therefore I am I?
5·12 days agoThe legal issues of having two selves are interesting, but seperate from the moral ones. Legally, I dunno, it depends on the teleporter malfunction laws in my local area. Maybe the teleportation manufacturer becomes liable for duplicating my quality of life for one of us, like a weird technology third version of alimony/child support.
Morally/emotionally whatevet you wanna call it, both of me would be married, as everyone present (me, myself, and my wife) participated in the wedding ceremony. My wife’s vows apply to the both of us, and each of us took vows to my wife. My child gets two dads, since we both fathered her, and she gets to deal with three parents.
I imagine we’d both just live together, and share ownership. In my jurisdiction (the real world, fairly local I’d say) there are no laws about this, and I suppose we’d share our SS number and identity, if for no other reason than neither of us wants to go to court to try to change it. I think I’d choose to switch my first and middle name, so we could differentiate, but still be us. It’d be neat.

Coffee@lemmy.world•How's your coffee routine? Can you go without it?
5·17 days agoYup. More water seems to affect the brewing a lot more than the final product, so once I have it brewed the way I want, it’s fine to water it.
First time I did it, I went “well that makes sense I guess, this cup is already like 99% water, everything I did brewing it was just to change the 1%, and that’s done”.

Coffee@lemmy.world•How's your coffee routine? Can you go without it?
5·17 days agoI find that I can water down coffee pretty substantially after it’s brewed, without changing the flavor significantly (although it is weaker obviously)
It means if I’m ever wanting reduced caffeine intake, it’s easier to do that than decaffeinated coffee.
Works much better when I’m making any kind of coffee that uses milk, but it does work black as well.

33·20 days agoNo, you’re stupid, actually. Unless something you like is the thing I like, then you’re smart about that one.
Aww. Never play anything official it’s just my friends and whatever cards they have. Banlists are for people who don’t know each other and can’t know what everyone will find fun.
This looks more like one of the packs of sticker letters you get at the store. Assuming it’s real at all, I think it’s that over printed.
