Welcome back! I carelessly uninstalled my browser while sleepless and sleepy, and it resulted in my having the current account, so don’t be hard on yourself. Things happen, we’re human.
I’m not generally anxious, but definitely occasionally situationally. The encrapified phone messing with my income is aggravating but hey, free patience workout I guess.
I would be interested in any dbt material you can link. Someone I know can use it and maybe when the phone is acting up until I get one, I can too. I used to have resources but I lost them. 😅

This is solid advice. I’m trying to limit blue light before sleeping, but even if I fall asleep, I wake up and after a nap, sleep eludes me until time to wake up, so I usually end up listening to something or reading, which probably isn’t great either.

Industries create wars in order to shape societies and economies to their agenda! And that agenda always seems to be privatized, exorbitant profit and socialized losses to societies and economies!

I guess that explains what the current US administration is doing with fingers in every global pie. As bad as Trump is, Vance would be more destructively disastrous.

This is my hope, since a few ultrawealthy individuals and multinational corporate conglomerates can heavily weight GDP. One individual or family can be subsisting at or below a couple of currency units per day, starving, sick, unhomed or homed, while another individual has a net worth of several hundred billions.
