Lexy B Blair thongs in medium work well, Little for Big in small are too tight but do hold, TomboyX in medium have too wide of a gusset but do hold. Little for Big got lose threads quickly but the others have held up. Two pairs of Kalon boyshorts in medium work okay for me in some pants.
