Yeah, i think it would be even more confusing if certain emojis counted as downvotes.

This used to be so common with installers in the past. Sometimes you had to click a button to show it. But I don’t really see it anymore

So if you give an emoji reaction thumbs-down 👎, it will count as a like?

It’s also very nice to have a computer which you can just take with you and play games with friends at their place or connect to the television and just play games (or other media) on the big screen.
I also have 2 8bitdo sn30 controllers that I can just take everywhere because they’re so compact and I use it to play games together on the go.
Not sure if it can be considered old timey, But I enjoyed Caves of Qud-

That sounds even more terrifying.

I have a laptop with a AMD Ryzen 7 8840HS myself. Not sure if it counts as lowspec. But it didn’t cost much and it’s 1.2kg.
I was surprised by what games I could play on this while on the go. Most of the things I play on my desktop work fine on this laptop. Even things like elden ring are playable. It’s crazy what you can achieve with integrated graphics these days.

I recently did a first aid workshop. It’s nice to learn the skills for first aid and cpr, but I was a bit terrified by the fact that all the participants will actually get a first aid certificate.

I don’t really see a counselor or therapist at the moment. Not easy to find somebody

It’s great that you have such a person in your life. I also have my partner and she has been so good to me. But when I think about her, I can’t feel anything.
It’s also very strange I can visualise the faces of people I know quite easily. Even if I have not seen them for many years.
But I can’t visualise the face of my partner, at all. It almost seems like anything that has emotion attached to it is not accessible in my memory

I feel like this is the reason cheats should always be allowed for singleplayer games (and even some coop multiplayer ones) People should be allowed to adjust a game to fit their needs, make it easier, have more loot, have more health etc. Or make it harder, set your health to be always zero, equip a new weapon when you find it, etc.
Video game makers can not provide for everyone and every situation, but when allowed, modders and cheaters will already implement these modifications by themselves.

It’s pretty amazing how we can adapt to use the mental tools we have to still live in a ‘normal’ way even when we are very weak in certain aspects.

Yeah, I’ve seen so many games drawing inspiration (or even very closely copying) slay the spire. Just shows how good it really is.

I have a feeling that this is also influenced by people that experienced (emotional) trauma. Some people dissociate from their feelings as a result of things that happened in the past, and this can also impact their ability to visualise things. (Because their brain is protecting them from re-experiencing their trauma)

Wasn’t Slay the spire released in 2019? Great choice though, there is also a multiplayer mod which works suprisingly well
Inscryption is really a good showcase of what makes games fun, and packed with so many things to discover and hidden things.

God hand, what a wonderful choice! Nothing really comes close to the ass-slapping action of that title. And the clunky controls actually make it feel more fun and unique.
I also experience little to no internal dialog, and have no issues sleeping. But I’m still stressed. Usually I’m unaware, but its more of a feeling than a thought.
The clocks change every minute. I’ve seen some from deepseek and qwen that looked ok. But kimi seems to be the most consistent
This is quite interesting. Thanks for sharing.
When you feel uncomfortable, just let it be there. Dont try to push it away, feel it.
