Shit man, BaconReader was the first Reddit app I downloaded. I eventually settled on RiF but this is just sad.

I’m a cis but bisexual woman. Seeing pride flags give me comfort and assurance.
At least one promoted post everywhere.
Plus most of them are garbage crypto pump and dump schemes.
The app also heats up my phone like games do.
RiF and Sync do not. Because they are made by people who care about user experience.
This is expected but I think we’ll see be seeing more “lower quality” submissions.
Some on Reddit are celebrating this because “mods bad”
Meanwhile, I’m a Redditor for 10 years and haven’t been banned once, nor have any bad interactions with mods. The first thing I follow rules and second I barely interacted with mods in the first place because I’m not an asshole. I don’t QQ because they removed my low effort meme or hate speech or whatever.
Simple as.
It’s also interesting the sentiment on non-Reddit platforms are more pro-user than pro-spez.
This further validates my decision to leave Twitter. Musk is a fucking piss baby.
My biggest pet peeve are auto manufacturers adding fake shifts to CVTs.
Not only it feels and sounds awful, then what’s the point of a CVT then? I know “regular” drivers aren’t used to it but it’s a freaking CVT. That’s the whole point.
I replaced my RiF shortcut on my homescreen with Dropbox and I keep reflexively tapping on it. I got to work on that habit.
It actually does lol, so they’re self-DDOSing themselves.
