  • I think video games are a great way to get an idea of compatibility. I like Resident Evil 5 to gauge compatibility. I know it sounds silly but my ex-fiance was not a gamer yet we beat the game on the highest difficultly. We also had an easy time with Army of Two. The ex I had last, whom was a gamer, it was a thorough struggle. It’s fun to see how well you work together even if it’s a game.

  • Some people are just obsessed with it. I never got into it, I even tried to watch it on acid and it still didn’t interest me, btw don’t do acid and go to a movie theater. I almost walked out of watching Tropic Thunder because I was like wtf is this in the character intros, so yeah acid isn’t always great for public stuff.

Anyway the funny was my ex-fiance was really into HP, one day she asks if she can read the books for me. I said okay. Then ironically she decides the perfect time is when I’m gaming with my buddies online. I still get jokes about it to this day, they were all laughing their asses off and I’m trying to keep a straight face like this is fine.

  • lol reminds me of when I worked in education; there was this hearing impaired kid. On the playground they’re playing shop, his dad must have been a construction worker or something. He yells at the top of his voice, does anyone want to buy some Simen (He was trying to say cement)? We, staff, had to discuss should we let him know or not, went with just laughing it off.

  • I don’t know, but he sounds like some people I’ve met. When I was in Dublin, in a pub, this one Romanian guy proceeded to try and tell a joke… ugh the punchline was “it was womans” and it was good my buddy was there and bought him a pint to shut him up since I was already 10-12 pints deep. If you question that part; there may have been some “smelling salts” and plenty of cigarettes involved. Sorry for the rant it just grinds my gears.
