It literally isn’t. It’s a suggestion that admitting ignorance should be normalized.

And yet…. I know who he is…. Who are you?
Such a cutie!
And, while it’s a long road ahead, with enough work, one day, they can achieve this:

What is this? A nuanced take? Why I oughta….
Listen here! This is lemmy! I’m now going to complain to the mods that your post and comments be removed because I either don’t like or don’t understand them!

It makes more sense when you think.

I’m talking about the article, not the comments. It fits right in here.

Entirely up to you. Some people love .world. Personally, I think they’re trying to run it like Reddit. A lot of bias and arrogance in the admin team. That and they’d rather allow propaganda as long as it’s polite than they would allow people that call it out. So if there’s issues in your communities that require admin intervention. It probably won’t go your way as long as whoever is being an ass is being polite about it.
It’s like they can’t tell the difference between and asshole that’s pretending to be nice, and someone that’s just being nice.

Only on .world will you find an article that suggest one might have to feel bad for felon Musk.

It doesn’t have any .world or .ml clones that I’ve seen, so it’s pretty good!

I’d have parked it ANYWHERE that wasn’t .world, especially considering the fact that you’re trying to escape reddit, but it’s good that it exists nonetheless.

Never even heard of it.
I get what you’re saying, but I wouldn’t call it funny. It’s fucking insane. Americans (speaking from having been one for a looooong time) by-and-large won’t move a muscle if it comes at a cost of effort. But boy do we love being seen standing against all the things that we believe are bad.
It’s a show. At the end of the day, they cannot be bothered to make the necessary sacrifices it would take to move the needle even an inch in their favor.

Good thing we have geniuses like this guy around to tell us shit we never could possibly have figured out on our own.

Wow! Imagine that, a country known for censoring anything that might paint them in a negative light, censors shit that could pain them in a negative light. Who’d’ve thought?!
Nothing to see here folks! Everything is PERFECT here! So come one, and come all to the totally transparent authoritarianship of China. Where Tiananmen Square remains just a place, and was never, EVER an event.
Sadly, that’ll never happen. Americans only protests when it’s convenient, and they’ll never boycott the things they will not let go of.
It was obsolete thirty minutes after the photo was taken.
The real MVP here.
