I’m the same. And even if you don’t take the digital world into account, today we have devices everyone can buy for around 3 to 10 thousand dollars with wich can hear what you’re doing from 3 kilometers away (combined with a good analysis kit you can even know what someone a few hundred meters away is typing on their keyboard).

I plan and think long term, but I do things short term… That’s really annoying and anxiety inducing, because that means that I just improvise in the panic and overwhelmed mode my brain is in and never follow the plan…
