I have seasonal mood shifts which could be adhd related. I am not too sure because alot of my lack of energy came from wrong nutrition and migraine + brain fog and I finally found something that helps. Its fresh food. I have tyramine intolerance I think and my energy levels increased a lot. I think there was a correlation between migraine, adhd, parkinson and depression, so look into it and maybe try a diet for 1-2 weeks? Its annoying af because like no beans, cheese, sausage nor processed foods leave little protein except fresh meat. Also vitamine d the whole year.

You are just able to say that because you spend 100+$ on the pre-installed OS. You could also spend the same amount for an IT person to install you linux and then have a very stable time anyways. Linux doesn’t force you to update, if something breaks you don’t need to interact with it. On many distros there are system backups preconfigured, if something breaks you can roll back pretty easily. There is a trade-off, ease of use and ease of fix. Linux is way easier to use, thanks to no bloat and package manager, but slightly harder to fix when a problem occurs, because you have to interact with the system. And to be honest, the system isn’t as scary. Documentation is often enough, but if you are lazy and want the fix currated there is AI to help you.
