  • Slavery is the same as abortion pills? Wow. Regarding rights, more than half of the US is women. Many women also don’t support abortions. They have the same right to voting for what they want in the state they live.

    Mail order abortion pills.

Nobody will have to travel out of country for an abortion. That’s a moot point based on fear mongering.

I was indeed incorrect about people being jailed related to abortion bans. Those laws and cases are stupid. Their laws should only apply to access and not after-care.

I’m suggesting we could take a more granular approach to some laws at a federal level. Not all.

The 2nd amendment was not intended for only militias, but also individuals. Point being, would you not find power to the states appealing in that regard?

I think people have relied on the federal government to protect them too much and let their individual states become radicalized. Now they have to be involved in effecting change within the state they live. In the long term I think this is a good step toward more progressive state governments.

  • I’m sorry, what? Living in reality is happiness. Pretending the world is what it is not is depressing because one day you’ll have to come to terms with reality and it’ll shatter you.

Explain to me how your country has come into existence and remains peaceful (assuming it’s peaceful) without violence.

I’m not saying peace doesn’t exist, but it’s yin and yang. The world isn’t flowers and rainbows and cannot possibly be that as our species currently exists today. If you believe that, then you are living in a bubble and willfully ignorant of human nature when peace or survival is threatened. Everything is violent when it has to be.

You have the privilege of being peaceful because of the threat of violence. We’re still just animals when it really comes down to it.

  • Just think about what you said. How does that make any sense? The reason we exist is because our ancestors chose violence. Name any place in the world that didn’t have to protect themselves with violence.

The reason the recent generations in developed countries have been protected from violence is because of past violence, the threat of future violence, and current proxy violence.

  • Yeah it’s crazy. Traditionally leases are a bad financial decision. I’m currently in the market for a midsize-large SUV and prices are crazy so I’m not targeting the vehicles I actually want. I’m afraid to buy car now and end up underwater on a loan if and when prices settle down and I’m in a position to upgrade to something bigger/newer, so I’m considering a lease so at least by the end of the term I don’t owe money to the bank.

Now think about the housing market. Rental nation. Just throwing away money. No generational wealth for our kids. Keep pumping out slaves to capitalism.
