It’s basically “if a trans person gets beaten up, the courts would actually treat that as a hate crime” and that’s it.
Fuck all else. Good luck getting protection from workplace, landlord, healthcare or other discriminations.
Having a legal protection that lets you colour in a map a certain way does not actually translate into realworld protection.
