For me, not a ton going on. Things are going well with the new partner, and we spent the holiday together. Chilling back at home the rest of this week, and am getting back to writing music! Still no luck with jobs, starting to apply to some lower level things just to get back to work of some sort. Shit’s rough out there, been about 5 months now, and I know that ain’t shit compared to what others have been going through employment wise. Watching more anime lately, so that’s been fun, working through Space Dandy now.

Just lost my job. Though I think it’s a blessing in disguise. Last few months at work feels like I’m slowly killing myself. Going to take a month of rest or two, work on those personal game projects I never had time to complete, do some art, go out and meet some old friends. Saved up enough cash so I’m not too worried about the immediate future, but finding another job will suuuuuck.
Good luck on the hunt, and enjoy your time off! I’m hitting the point where I’m getting frustrated as fuck with searching, but hope it goes much more smoothly for you!

I remember when I finally moved on from my most hated job, the one where’d id be whistling Belle and Sebastian’s “Get Me Away From Here I Think Im Dying…” So yeah, I can relate to the big relief when you’re not killing yourself.
