I wish Absolute Superman wasn’t such a lib sometimes. He needs to learn lessons from Absolute Bruce. The first issue of the new arc has moments that go in either direction.

yea sups is a bit lib, its probably doesnt help that the first arc was 14 issues long compared to batman 6 and WW 7 so no much going on for a bit.

That’s really not the vibe of Absolute Superman. He’s violently anti-colonial and pro-worker. He just believes in the ability to redeem individual capitalists because he’s an idealist.
Just finished the first arc and had a great time. I just wish he had slightly less fancy gadgets/vehicles to sort of separate that from the normal Batman more, and show his lack of monetary resources in a more obvious and apparent way.
Love his group of childhood friends though, and hope they keep leaning into him using those connections to get things done.
Next up, I’m reading Absolute Superman and then Absolute Wonderwoman.
Absolute Wonderwoman is really good, it’s my favorite take in her.
