AFAIK he already has been stripped of royal titles which is why the UK media apparently just refers to him as “Andrew”? In any case he and all the others facing consequences are scapegoats and mostly non-Americans. The powers that be seem content to let guys like him sizzle in the pan to create the impression of justice being served. This is all speculation on my part though. How funny would it be if the US just exported all of the consequences for all this to other oligarchs in the bloc and that’s what actually causes a permanent fracture in alliances lol
