Just under a year after expanding to the US, YouTube Premium Lite is adding background playback and offline downloads for “most videos.”

        I don’t have a spygle account, but I consider the idea of logging in to be a pretty serious downside. The fact that it even supports logging into such a service makes me less likely to use it.
