It’s unfortunate that the main source on it appears to be a NYT “investigation”. I mean, it’s possible the claims are true, especially when considering how awful US culture can be. But NYT? Has no one else done an investigation? I haven’t looked into it beyond that article, but if anyone knows of investigation from people in labor movements and the like, that would be nice to know.
Whether true, partially true, or an outright fabrication, it is part of a concerted media effort to “normalize” sexual abuse. Trying to make the Epstein Class be seen as typical and not deviant behavior. Nothing to see here, move along; even your heroes were just like us.
