They’re not trying to do good, they’re actively cracking down on anti-Zionism.
Okay I’m sorry, I should have explained that I’m not specifically talking about the l.w situation, that is obviously stupid.
I was just wanting to express that these casual remarks hurt our/your cause, because it gives them ammunition to say “blablabla they’re wishing death that must mean they’re evil”. And what I’m saying is, that’s not entirely unwarranted, why are you wishing them death? Why are you not wishing for them to idk, change their mind, be imprisoned, etc etc that are all better solutions than them being dead?
That’s a moral miss on liberals’ part. Not all life is precious. In fact, the world would be a MUCH better place if a few hundred Billionaires met Luigi sometime soon.
Reform doesn’t fix things. We can’t “save” most people. A lot of harsh truths have to be learned for real solutions to the problems caused by Capitalism.
It’s one of the things that radicalized me from Libland… how weak and useless liberals are against any serious threats from the right. It’s like part of their moral framework to be perpetual losers. I feel like MLs are the only people who are serious about what taking power means and the only group on the left that proves it can actually execute. And yeah, sometimes that means you throw some of the worst examples of human trash into a pit
I agree with you, it’s likely that some deserve to die. But this is exactly the thing, who is the one who decides who lives and dies? Is it you? Is it “the majority”? Who do you want to give that power? How do you make sure this power is not abused?
We are limited by our material conditions, and under the current conditions they aren’t going to change their minds or be imprisoned or be subjected to any of those other better solutions. They can certainly die, though! We don’t have to wait for revolution for that.
